Originally from Mexico, Monica moved to south Florida in 2004 and spent the next decade as the head of the Human Resources department in a multinational corporation. Leveraging her proven ability to lay the foundations and start up a department that supported business objectives and employees’ needs.
Monica is a highly-accomplished bilingual Human Resources expert and a Real Estate professional that utilizes her multicultural experience, leadership, communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate the home buying/selling process.
According to Monica, each position she took along the way, before becoming a Real Estate Professional, offered her a chance to learn valuable skills, including problem solving, mediation, resolution and exceptional client service.
She is happy and surprised to find out how valuable her more than two decades of global experience in Human Resources is to her new career.
Monica serves now as an invaluable resource to a diverse set of buyers and sellers across south Florida and Mexico. She offers her clients real insight into the lifestyle in different neighborhoods in south Florida and look for the potential in every property.
